Privacy policy

This policy explains what Zettascale (a DBA of Exa Laboratories, Inc.) collects on zscc.ai, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

When you pre-order, Stripe collects your name, email, billing and shipping address, and payment details on our behalf. We receive your name, email, shipping address, and order details, and never your full card number. When you send the enterprise form, we receive what you type into it. When you visit the site, Vercel Analytics records anonymous, cookieless usage data such as pages viewed and the country you visit from.

Why we use it

We use it to take and fulfill your pre-order, ship your board, take the balance, answer your inquiry, send you updates about your order and early access, and understand how the site is used. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Stripe handles payments. Vercel hosts the site and runs analytics. Discord delivers enterprise inquiries to our team, and Upstash keeps a copy of them. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Enterprise inquiries are kept until you ask us to delete them, or for two years without contact.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or stop receiving updates, by writing to contact@zscc.ai. We answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, laws such as the CCPA may give you further rights, and we honor them.

Changes

We may update this policy, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
